Privacy has become a luxury.

The best tools demand what you can't afford to share.

We fixed that.

HOW IT WORKS

Five steps. None of them cross your front door.

Your archive arrives as it already is. What happens next happens entirely inside the machine.

01 — UPLOAD

You point it at your folders

Contracts, invoices, spreadsheets, presentations, photographs and scanned paper. Munveo takes the archive exactly as it already exists, without asking anyone to reorganize a single folder.

02 — READ

It reads every page

Text is lifted from each file, including photographs and scans, so a page someone snapped with a phone carries the same weight as one that was typed.

03 — INDEX

It builds its own map

Each document is broken into passages and stored twice — once by meaning, once by exact wording. Both maps are written to the appliance and exist nowhere else in the world.

04 — RETRIEVE

Your question finds the passages

Ask in plain language. Both maps are searched at once, so a synonym and a reference number are equally likely to land, and only what matters is carried forward.

05 — ANSWER

The model answers, and shows its work

A language model running on the machine in your office writes the answer, with the document and page attached — so it can be checked before anyone relies on it.

BUILT THIS WAY ON PURPOSE

Three decisions made before the first line of code.

Roles decide what is reachable. Owner, manager and staff each see a different archive. Restricted documents never reach the model at all.

The index never leaves the box. Your text, your embeddings and your questions are written to disk inside the machine. Nothing is mirrored anywhere.

Three layers of retrieval. Meaning, exact wording, and a model that reasons over both. Each one catches what the others miss.

WHAT LEAVES THE BUILDING

Nothing.

Four ways out of your network. All four are sealed by architecture, not by policy.

PRESS IT

  • bytes leave your network

  • cloud connections in either direction

  • cost per question asked

QUESTIONS

The ones we get asked first.

PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets, presentations, images and scanned paper. It takes your archive as it already exists, so nothing needs renaming or reorganizing first.

No. Munveo works with the network cable unplugged. The model, the index and every question you ask all live on the appliance in your office.

Where they already are. Munveo reads them and keeps its own index on the appliance — the originals never move and are never copied anywhere you don't control.

Yes. Owner, manager and staff each reach a different part of the archive, and permissions are enforced before anything reaches the model, so restricted documents are never used to answer a question.

Put the appliance on its own port and point your firewall's logging at it. There is nothing to find, and you do not have to take our word for it.

An open-weight language model running on the appliance itself. No API key, no account, and no request ever leaves the building.
